[ GuloGulo Tanks World 02 ] the U.S. M26 Pershing Tank——strong opponent of the German Tiger Tank

  Hello, guys. It's funny time for GuloGulo again. Since I make the GuloGulo Set join in the Lego world, I am so surprised which is almost unstoppable. And recently I built an another GuloGulo Set, it's the replacement of the previous tank M-4A1 from American in World War II. Let's just go to read continually.

M26 Pershing

  Well, I think you have know what it is with the picture. M26 Pershing Heavy Tank was named in honor of General of the Armies John J. Pershing. Who led the American Expeditionary Force during World War I. It was designed to battle with German heavy tanks. Starting in February 1945 these vehicles took part in World War II.

Prototype VS GuloGulo Set

  The Pershing's armor is quite solid. Bricks like Lego are very suitable to show this kind of heavy feeling. And the turret is located slightly forward in the middle of the car body. In order to balance the artillery barrel, the rear of the turret protrudes backwards. From overall view, the GuloGulo Set shows the heavy feeling of the tank well. For those who know the Pershing tank, you can tell at a glance that it is a Pershing tank. And what about the those who are not familiar with tanks? I think I can only say cool to describe it to you.

Details

  The main armament of Pershing is a 90 mm Gun M3. And the secondary armament are 2 Browning. 30-06 and 1 Browning. 50 cal. The car has a crew of 5 people: the commander, gunner, loader, driver and co-pilot. In the process of the building, I am impressed by the details of the GuloGulo Set. The set could be carried with 5 minifigures like Lego, too. In addition to all the weapons, even the details of the spare track have been showed.

Details

  Open the hood of the GuloGulo Set, there is the engine of Pershing, which is engine Ford GAF. The reliability of Ford GAF is highly evaluated and is considered to be the standard engine for armored vehicles. Its maneuverability is much stronger than that of the German Tiger King.

Pershing in the battlefield

  As a tank which was designed to battle with German heavy tanks, it's worth collecting. What an awesome thing to build a simulated Pershing tank by yourself like Lego-building. Just come on and bring this GuloGulo Set into your Lego world!
